The Spring Parade of Homes wrapped in April after five busy weekends of home touring across the Twin Cities metro and Rochester area. The event ran from March 13 through April 12, featuring 302 new homes and 34 remodels in the Twin Cities, along with 25 new homes and two remodels in Rochester. Thousands of visitors explored the latest trends in home design, remodeling, technology, and neighborhood development.
Hosted by Housing First Minnesota, the Spring Parade of Homes is a seasonal favorite and tradition for many—whether you’re designing a home, planning a move, or simply looking for inspiration. The organization reported another strong turnout for this year’s tour, with visitors showing heightened interest in sustainable design, flexible living spaces, and homes tailored to modern lifestyles. Features such as energy efficiency, adaptable floor plans, and indoor-outdoor living drew significant attention from attendees across the state.
“The Spring Parade of Homes continues to showcase the innovation and craftsmanship shaping Minnesota’s housing industry,” said James Vagle, CEO of Housing First Minnesota. “Buyers are looking for homes that not only fit their needs today but can also evolve with them in the future. The enthusiasm we saw throughout the tour reflects the strong demand for new construction and the value Minnesotans place on homeownership.”
The Fall Parade of Homes will return for four weekends beginning on Sept. 11, offering even more opportunities for Minnesotans to explore homes from some of the state’s best builders and remodelers.
