The Twin Cities homebuilding community came together to celebrate some of its best work this season, as Housing First Minnesota announced the winners of the 2025 Spring Reggie and Trillium Awards.

Twelve homes were recognized with Reggie Awards for their standout design, quality craftsmanship, and overall value. In addition, 21 Trillium Awards were handed out to the trade partners and suppliers who helped bring those award-winning homes to life.

“These awards highlight the creativity, teamwork, and dedication we see across our industry every day,” said James Vagle, CEO of Housing First Minnesota. “This year’s winners truly show what’s possible when great ideas and skilled builders come together.”

The Reggie Awards have been a tradition since 1968 and are considered a top honor in Minnesota’s homebuilding scene. Winners will be recognized at the annual Building Industry Gala (BIG Night) in October.
