This week, the Housing First Minnesota Foundation hosted its annual Building Futures Golf Classic fundraiser at The Wilds Golf Course in Prior Lake.

This year’s event saw enthusiastic participation, with more than 140 golfers taking part, alongside numerous volunteers who played a role in facilitating various games and activities throughout the course. Golfers were also invited to a dinner following their round where a raffle and live auction took place.

Notably, this year set a new record, with early calculations indicating an impressive fundraising total of an estimated $45,000.

The Housing First Minnesota Foundation uses funds raised at events like this one to continue its important work of building and remodeling safe and stable housing for Minnesotans experiencing homelessness.
